    How to prepare Bushehari Qorme Sabzi

     

    First step: wash and eat the vegetables.

     

    Second step: Place the beans in a container full of water for at least 2 to 3 hours to soak them well.

     

    Step 3: Chop the onion into small pieces and put it in a medium pot on low heat to fry.

     

    Step 4: Cut the meat into squares and add it to the pot after the onion is roasted and softened.

     

    Step 5: When the meat is frying, add a little turmeric and pour 2 cups of water into it, then increase the gas heat until the water is hot.

     

    Step 6: Remove the beans from the water and put them in the pot, then reduce the heat.

     

    Seventh step: until the beans and meat are half cooked, you have time to choose a pan, pour a little oil inside it and fry the vegetables.

     

    Step 8: Now that the meat and beans are frying, add the vegetables to the pot and reduce the heat to medium.

     

    Step 9: After 20 to 30 minutes, add the Omani lemon powder to the pot and a few minutes later, add a little salt, pepper and lemon juice to the stew.

     

    The last step: shortly after the stew starts to boil, turn it off. Now the delicious Bushehari Qorme Sabzi is ready to eat.

    1. The presence of fenugreek in food may make the black color of the vegetable bitter, so use a small amount of fenugreek. If the food becomes bitter due to too much fenugreek, add some paste to the stew to remove the bitterness.
